June 22, 2009 Pray out loud. Decree out loud. Say affirmations out loud. Why? When you have a thought, it becomes part of the mental realm. (For more information on the realms, see the Additional Links) If you pray with emotion, the prayer also becomes part of the emotional realm. But if you speak it out loud, you vibrate matter and then it becomes part of the material realm. When God wanted to create our universe, he spoke out loud with conviction, "Let there be Light." And he was answered: there was Light. June 21, 2009 We are co-creators. We were fashioned in the image of our God, our Creator. God does not look like us, we look like God. So since we all look a little different, what does God look like? There is a similarity in us all. It is the spark of light that we share. When God spoke, "Let there be light." There was light. Light is energy (see the link for Physics, the Ether, and Consciousness). We have that energy within us. We were created to be creators. We also have Free Will. So we can create withing God's Plan or we can create out of God's Plan. Of course, there are consequences otherwise how would we learn to discriminate? So we are able to make mistakes but we need to learn from our mistakes. We are all God's children. Learn to create with our fellow co-creators. If you create in love and selflessness you'll know how that feels. Happy Summer Solstice! June 18, 2009 What is worship? Worship is giving your attention to something. Your attention is made up of your consciousness being focused with the power of your thinking and with the power of your emotions. Since each one of us is a conduit of God's light, worshiping moves that light from it's Source to the situation that we are now focusing. on. Worship is not confined to church. You may, in fact, be worshiping without really thinking about it. This is why it's important to raise your consciousness so that you are aware of where you send your light/energy. If you send your energy to God's creation, then you are enhancing the goodness around you. If you focus your attention on the less-than God's creation, then that energy is feeding less-than. If you don't know that that's what you're doing, how can you do any better? But now that you know, think about where you spend your energy and focus your attention. Is it on goodness, purity, selflessness, or order or is your attention on selfishness, anger, corruption, or separateness? That which you give your attention to you give your God-self light to, that is what you worship. June 16, 2009 Invoke Spiritual Protection. If you read about energy fields from June 12th 2009, you know that you have an energy field that can be influenced by those around you. What if you don't want to pick up that energy? You can protect yourself! Imagine a bright white light either as a tube from God or a solid sphere all around you. Make it as big as you think you need. Think or say, "All entities less than the Christ light must leave now!" Since you have Free Will, you can choose what stays near you and what must go. But you must choose. And you must act. If you feel some "dirty" energy around you, invoke the violet flame. The violet flame has a powerful transmuting property. Have the violet flame enter your tube or sphere of white light and change all of the polluted energy back into God's pure energy, imagine it happening and it will happen. For more information about the violet flame, go to the links page, follow the link to the askrealjesus site and use the search box on the home page. June 14, 2009 Virgin birth: Some stories in the Bible have been modified either through innocuous translation changes or more malevolent attempts to control it's readers. One such modification from the intended message has to do with the virgin birth. You see, if only Jesus was born of just his mother and not the union of Mary and Joseph, then how could the rest of us hope to follow his example of the Christ path? We couldn't if we are the product of both our parents. Virgin meant "clean and pure of heart, pure motives, connected to God". Although she was a vestal virgin, she was willing to follow the wishes of God and conceive a baby with a much older, chosen man. Joseph was chose because he was also pure of heart and was well prepared to care for his pregnant wife and soon to be born, at-risk baby. And if you could follow Jesus' path without following the Church doctrine of the time, then those church fathers would loose their grip over the God-fearing population. God is not to be feared. Jesus' path is to be followed. His was not the only example of following the path. Buddha also demonstrated the path, as well as others. If your church enables you to follow the inner path, then they are helping you grow. If you feel as though you can't decide on your own and must follow outer rules, you are preventing your own growth. That is how you choose to exercise your free will. June 12, 2009 Energy fields are all around us. Do you notice when you are near someone you pick up good vibes or bad vibes. That is their energy field coming in contact with yours. Good energy from another feels good. If they're happy, laughing, or showing love. You feel better being around them. Bad energy is being around someone mad, negative, wanting to fight. It brings you down. Have you ever noticed when someone wants to pick a fight, they keep coming at you until they've sucked the energy out of you. They leave satisfied and you feel drained. One thing you can do is invoke spiritual protection. Put a sphere of white light all around you - use your imagination. It's like spiritual armor. Another thing you can do is not succumb to these negative emotions yourself. You bring yourself down and become a person that other people try to avoid. It's your choice, you have free will. Who would you rather be? June 11, 2009 The immaculate concept: I pondered this concept for quite some time. The language is more biblical than modern. We know the words separately but as a pairing, they seem abstract. The immaculate concept is the perfect idea. We are taught to hold the immaculate concept for all things including what may seem to be sad excuses for human beings. The reason for this is that even though some people choose to make imperfect choices, they still embody the spark of God - which is perfect. As we keep this perfect idea for them, they may also pick up that energy coming from us that they are indeed in God's image, a spark from the Source, they do not have to choose imperfection. Also since we have the ability to create what we imagine, we should only imagine Godliness. Otherwise we are imposing a less-than-Godliness image upon others. That actually comes back to us in the form of bad karma that must be cleared. Hold the immaculate concept. June 10, 2009 The outer path or the inner path: The outer path is where you follow a particular doctrine without question. It's not just having faith, its the unquestioning from within. Someone or some organization tells you what to think or believe and you do. But there is an inner voice that is of a higher vibration. (Not the lower vibration that is fairly selfish and negative.) The higher vibration voice is your spiritual voice and it wants you to question what you know and hear. It wants you to grow and transcend your current level of consciousness so you can tune in to the higher level of truth and understanding. If you're having trouble hearing that spiritual voice, there are tools to help you tune into it. They can be found through the links provided, search on their home pages. Learn to hear the difference between the lower vibration (negative) message and the higher, spiritual message coming through you. This is the inner path. The outer path may still connect you with the spiritual realm, that is it's intention. Just don't be a blind follower. June 9, 2009 What is Christ? It is not one person. When this universe was created, the "rules" for it were stored in a database. As more things and beings (angels and co-creators) are created, that information is also stored in that database. So if you can "read" that data you will know Truth. You will know what is Real. How do you get information? You put your mind to it. You don't just read and study, you absorb it, you understand it, you form a mental picture beyond just words. So how do you get this information contained in the universal database? You raise your consciousness to that flow of information. You, right now, have the ability to tap into the knowledge of reality. The consciousness you use is called the "Christ Consciousness". You have a part of yourself, called the Christ Mind, that plugs into the Christ Consciousness. Respecting free will, the Christ Mind cannot out-shout your ego. So you have to quiet your ego (the Additional Links have tools to help) in order to tune into the Christ Mind. Jesus indeed merged with this higher level of consciousness. He did not do this to be "special". He did it to be and example for all of us. He does not want our worship, he wants us to follow in his footsteps and also put on the Mind of Christ. June 8, 2009 Is something going wrong in your life? Illness, conflict, moodiness? We are all on this Earth to learn lessons. So if things aren't going your way, ask yourself, "What do I need to learn from this?" Try to get the answer. Once you learn, the lesson can stop or at least ease up. June 7, 2009 Forgiveness: some of us have been brought up thinking it's not only OK to hold a grudge, it's your right as some one who's been wronged. Holding a grudge or still being mad only attaches you and the other person in a negative way to the past. Get enough of these and you have quite a few negative attachments keeping you bound to the past. It's like having many balls and chains on your legs. How can you move forward? You can't. Forgive others for what they've done. Forgive yourself and learn from your mistake. Once you've realized your mistake and taken the opportunity to learn, you've gotten as much from the experience as possible. Holding on to it with negative ties not only doesn't help, it actually holds you back. Forgive yourself, forgive others, forgive God, forgive, forgive, forgive. June 5, 2009 All of the major religions of the world are essentially saying the same thing: we all come from the same source, treat others as you want to be treated, there are consequences to actions, the goal of our time on Earth is to learn and raise our consciousness. The reason for religious conflict is that each time a message has been released to a group of people, it has been "customized" to the way they think. So Jesus used examples of sheep and shepherds. Buddha included local customs and symbolism in his teachings. Mohammed spoke to nomadic, warring people in order to raise up their thinking and unite them. However, his message was in essence the same. There are many other examples of "true" religions and each of them speak to our universal spirituality. We must see them through the filter that was present at the time of their release and see their common message rather than their very different filters. We may choose to practice the one that resonates with us while still knowing that each has the goal of ultimately uniting us with our Source. June 4, 2009 Gratitude: one of the hardest thing to do is actually the easiest thing to do and that is to say "thank you". Someone says, "Nice job!" Is your first reaction to say, "oh, it was easy" or "I had help" or "it was nothing"? How about "Thank You"? You're at a restaurant and someone fills up your glass, do you keep talking or do you stop to say "thank you"? Gratitude closes the Figure 8 flow of energy. It completes the link the other person has established with you. Sometimes that other person is a spiritual being, it could be your own I AM Presence or Higher Self, or it could be someone just doing their job. Nothing could be easier, it's a shift in consciousness. June 3, 2009 If you don't understand something intellectually, think about what belief you have that might be preventing you from that understanding. The intellect can only process information that is consistent with your belief system. Do you have a belief about yourself, about the world around you or about spirituality that is preventing clarity. For example, if you don't understand how some people can be so much more peaceful than you, look at what upsets you. Things don't upset you, you let things upset you. Are you able to not let those things upset you? Are you able to let go? Can you be un-attached to things or people or situations that you can't control? You have free will, what's stopping you?
